Becoming a Disciple of the St. Paul Family is an easy process.
1. Believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
This means you accept the Word of God in Scripture as the ultimate authority for our lives.
2. Contact the Church
3. Attend the New Disciple Class
This class is held every quarter, on a Sunday following the 10:45am worship celebration. The classes are two hours in length, with a lunch served for a time of fellowship. They are led by our senior pastor.
4. Attend the Renewal of Faith Classes
These are two classes connected to our New Disciple Class for those who seek to unite with the St. Paul family. They will focus on “What We Believe and Why” as Christians and Lutherans because we join in this fellowship from so many diverse backgrounds. We’ll explore doctrinal and liturgical understanding that defines us as Lutherans. These sessions will follow the second worship service with lunch provided. It will also partner our new disciples with some seasoned hand mentors to help make them comfortable in the St. Paul family.
5. Be received into St. Paul during one of our morning worship celebrations
St. Paul is not in the business of simply adding members. We seek to join with believers who are committed to becoming disciples by loving God, loving one another, and serving both in dedicated service. If that describes your relationship with Christ, please contact us.
