Required Qualifications
- Person of integrity
- Dynamic leader
- Engaging preacher and teacher
- Passionate about the Scripture
- Previous church ministry experience
- Certified LCMC Pastor*
- A passion for children, youth and families
- Experience working in and leading multi-staff church environments
- Willing to lead the pastoral care ministry of the church
Desired Qualifications
- Caring and enthusiastic
- Relates well to people
- Self-knowledge
- Approachable and authentic
- Desire to engage with the LCMC and other LCMC churches
- Desire to be active in the community and engaging with other churches in the community
- Experience leading or managing staff
- Administrative ability
