Building Maintenance and Setup Needs
Effective immediately we have instituted a process for sharing building and setup needs. We are utilizing one form to share building issues and a second form for setup needs for events. Please note that the setup form is due at least 10 days before the event. This will help us better track, communicate and ensure that all items are complete. This will also help our staff. Please do not share a building need with a staff member on a Sunday unless it is flood or fire, fill out the form instead!

Church Facilities Update
Our update is somewhat short this month. We continue to work on the smaller things in the fellowship hall, choir room, and the Luther Room. The majority of the work is complete but our committee will be meeting soon to review the work and finalize a list of the things that still need to be addressed. So don't think we're done yet; please continue to bear with us. We know this has taken a bit longer than what we would have liked but we're getting there. We hope you have all taken in the beauty of the outside grounds since the tree trimmers completed their work. It really gave the grounds a nice clean look and we are very pleased, as we hope you are for the openness it has given our church. Its a step closer in the direction of our landscaping objective. Also, if you haven't noticed the old poor looking CDS storage building has been removed and replaced with a bright new red and white storage building. The structure appears to belong now since it goes with our red and white CFC building and our red and white church.
